If you can see the top of the rear axle there are some numbers stamped near
the top of the differential carrier on the flange. it will look like "43/11"
or "41/10" or "39/11". These are the tooth counts on the ring gear and
pinion gear respectively. Just divide through and the ratios fall out as
3.909:1, 4.1:1 and 3.545:1. This is of course assuming that no one has
changed the ring and pinion.
