Maybe heaven would be the wrong word but this gave me a lot of satisfaction.
About a year ago I was working on the 100 in the basement garage underneath
our apartment complex. There must be over 200 garages down there all side by
side. An Italian neighbour saw me, stopped by and admired. this Sunday just
gone, he came by again. He has just bought a 100 and takes delivery next week.
Apparently it's Healey Blue with ivory coves - I know no more yet. He's going
to call me when it arrives. So, another Healey convert - out of the blue.
What's particularly rewarding is that the Italians have so many great cars of
their own to choose from yet he has bought a Healey. and there are only about
70 known Healeys of all types in Italy.

My all time favorite is the time the guy in a bright red
911 flashed his
lights and gave me the thumbs up sign.
