On the inside of the door, remove the three small screws. Then you will be
able to remove the "latch". Then the lockset will come out the front. At
least I think that this is what I recall. Pretty simple really.

Finally, after many years of searching, I have been able to acquire a glove
box lock for my BJ8 on e-bay. The door and lock arrived intact. My question
is how to remove the lock from the door. I did remove the set screw that
attaches the bezel to the keyway, but the bezel didn't seem to want to
come off. Since I had to pay dearly for the lock, I certainly don't want to
break it now. Any suggestions?
