Dave,
I was there and it was indeed a early BJ8. It was a real fast car - shout have
seen it coming down the main straight! Driver was Bill Thummel of Va Beach.
Good driver and nice guy. He was turning 2:28 laps and finished about 12
second ahead of the Maserati which finished 2 sec ahead of the M.
The M was that of Tim Earl.
