Blower Switch Heip

I have an intermittent blower switch that I need to change out.
Are there any tech reports in any of the mags that you can lead me to?    The
switch is riveted to a plate and it appears that they both need to be swapped
out rather than trying to just grind down the rivets on the switch and
replacing it by itself.

Sure looks like a lot of tedious work for something that doesn't get used
much.    An extra toggle switch looks pretty tempting at this point.
