I am a recently new owner of a '66 BJ8 yesterday I took it out and drove it on the freeway. The temperature outside was about 75 degrees. The temperature gauge on the Healey showed in was constantly between 170-180 degrees (seems hot), when I returned home and parked it, the over flow tube leaked out about a half cup of brownish coolant. Any thoughts on what temperature the BJ8 should be running at and what issue I might have going on? Thanks, Dan Larson |
