We are using Red Line 10 w 40 synthetic motor oil, it has the same viscosity or Castrol 20w50 which we have been using in all the cars here in the shop for the last 30 years. We also are using the Red Line MTL in the Healey transmission and it is making a big difference in the shifting. It is a gear quality oil that is a 30wt viscosity.
