Dave, a local rad shop should easily be able to build up a rad for you.
My local shop has done many for me, both as original and with extra columns
and also with the modern style of fins. Do you have the side supports?
These will give dimension to the completed unit. The extra capacity has to
go to the front, though, rather than back into the fan.
