Communications from Ebay or Paypal will always be directed to either your
account name or your real name, respectively. If this is missing it is likely
a
phishing expedition which is, unfortunately part of the deal these days.
However your spam filter should capture these once you report the first few
instances as the sender names always repeat ("____confirm", etc etc.)
