ABSOLUTLY NO

You should never mix up a set of pistons, or replace only one piston.  
They are made in batches so they all match in weight. If you swap out  
only one piston you will end up with an out of balance situation and  
you will have a vibration coming from the engine.
Yes there is a possibility that you may get a single piston that is  
the same weight but is it worth the risk Is the time to remove the  
engine and re do all the work worth it.
