I did something a little different. I took a 1/2" box end wrench and filed 
down both faces to make it thin enough to use. The longer length lets me 
pass it from one set of fingers to the other. The other closed end makes a 
pinky hole to insert my finger into to keep from dropping it (quite as 
often.)
