torque specs

Good morning list,

There certainly is a dearth of torque specs in the workshop manual (and I
found nothing in the Nocks' book either) -- can someone give us an idea of the
proper torque for the rocker adjusting screws?  One of the car's DPOs cranked
the old ones down to the point of stretching, and we don't want to damage the
(expensive!) new ones.
