John, the legal owner could do so, if he happens to know anything about
computers and eBay and is also motivated to complain.  He didn't know
anything about the scam until someone told him.  The item has been reported
to eBay by two different people who are not the owner, so it should
disappear shortly.

For a while there seemed to be a different scam or two involving BJ8s every
day on eBay.  I started checking every day and reporting every scam I found.
Many of them are obvious to me because I have the data on BJ8s from the
registry.  I see that there hasn't been an obvious scam on eBay lately
involving BJ8s so maybe the scammers are wondering why their stuff doesn't
stay up long enough to be effective.  The faster they get reported and
removed, the more frustrated we can make them.
