Hi Mark-
After viewing the pictures of the item on eBay IMHO it is apparent to me
that this is not an OEM license plate bracket as those that were used on the
late BJ8's.
If you are trying to find a correct bracket for the license and lamp to the
bumper for a Concours presentation I'd suggest that you look further.
There are some well known suppliers who may have one of the correct brackets
used or NOS.
