Stolen picture and description

An Ebay item #270070340241 is an exact copy of the item from which I purchased
my BJ8 in February of 2006.  Steve Byers pointed this out to me and he gave me
http://tinyurl.com/yg5z2q which gets you to this item if it remains up.  I see
that the bid has gone from $10K to $20k approx. over night!  Can anyone
explain to me what this fake sellers strategy is? I have filled a report with
Ebay.
