Dashboard Question

I finally got the dash out of my BJ8 and it turns out it is an aftermarket
replacement also. It was mounted in an inventive way so I can't use the old
panels as a template for mounting the new.

Does the assembly of the wood and metal center panel form a straight line
across the bottom?

 

Rich, I have the pictures you sent on gluing the vinyl to the metal center
panel. What brand contact cement do you use?
