Kenny,
Starting with BT7/10565, June 1960 and after, the jack supplied with 3000s
was a Shelley LJ225, known as a cone or pot type. So, if your title year is
fairly accurate to the build date of the car, the LJ225 would be correct.
It is understood that there were three versions of the LJ225 jack. The very
early version seems quite uncommon. The later two are differentiated by
with the yoke casting. An early series has CA259 cast into the yoke and is
un-reinforced. The later series that went on through the end of the BJ8
production, has CA311 cast into a reinforced yoke. One experienced British
car
person believes that the change occurred at the start of the BJ7 production.
However, the change point is not documented.
A CA259 jack with handle is on eBay now. They don't seem to surface very
often.

If anyone has seen the earliest version, I would be interested in learning
of any details of its casting marks.
Best Regards,
Bill
