Hello to all that have replied to my subject problem. Maybe the following 
info will help in diagnosing the problem. Just went around a couple of 
blocks in 2-3 gear and my RPMs would reach 2000-2300 and the speedo is 
registering 20-25 mph. Is this info any help? I replenished the daspot oil 
as suggested, fuel pump is pumping about a Qt. a minute. I'm using a 
Petronic IG.
