John and all the lists,

I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has a **serious** candidate
car for this cross-over group [ie cars which bear the 100 Six logo but have
chassis numbers etc appropriate to a BN7 or BT7 and I will try and collate a
list in order to establish chassis number/engine number ranges.

I would like **OFF LIST** to hear of:

(i) 100 Sixes with BT7/BN7 plates which you believe to be genuine, giving
chassis, body and engine numbers, shipping and/or build dates where possible,
and why you believe them to be Sixes rather than 3000s;

also

(ii) whether you have any of the original documents which go with it,
particularly the equivalent of the UK "log book" and how it describes the car
at
first registration, also any of the 100 Six documentation with BN7 BT7 on it
that you have reason to believe may have been with the car from new.

(iii) Colour(s)

(iv) If you have a BMIHT certificate I would also like to know how it describes
the car (this is not a disqualifier if it says it is a 3000).

(v) Any other info that you have to corroborate your claim would be useful.

(vi) Where the car is currently kept/registered (Country, state - or
equivalent)
I DO NOT require or want your address or phone number

All the data that you supply will be kept confidential and will not be made
accessible to any third party without your consent. Summarised data may be made
available to the lists or otherwise published in the form of highest and lowest
numbers, colours and so on. It is being gathered solely for the purpose of
historical research.

I am assuming that I can use the email address that you supply to contact you
should I need to - and I will keep it on my records, if your contact mail is
different please give it.

Please contact me **off list** with your info.

I will let you know how this goes on. FWIW I guess that originally there were
probably a max of 2000 such cars with 80+ % going to the States and probably
2-5% remaining in the UK.

Thanks guys,

Peter Dzwig
