As I just ordered one of the "Deluxe" versions myself (thanks for the
tip Bob!!) - the very nice lady that took my order mentioned that the
"Deluxe" is actually the "Limited Edition", which in addition to cloth
bound hardcover, means that it is signed & numbered by Bill Emerson!!
And, at only $45, (vs. $99 regular price) it is an even better buy than
the standard edition.
