How do I remove the heater control knobs? (For hot and cold air)

Hi Tomas-

If you will look at the underside of the control knobs you should see a
round metal retainer for each knob. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to depress

the retainer and pull the knob at the same time. It should come off very
easily.
To replace them you merely depress the retainer enough to get the shaft
started into the knob and press on until the retainer clicks back into the
retaining position.
( FYI-The heater blower pull switch is attached by a small screw.)
