Now that "you are the man" with the knowledge its time to pass on the good
word to your clubs and you can use the old parts as "demo props. " For
example I hope to give a few tutorials with some of my "beat up" gearboxes
and overdrives some day. They"ll never run in a car again but they still
make great pieces for the puzzle and will help demonstrate how these things
work or are suppose to work in some cases.
Good Luck with the tutoring,
Old parts could help tell someone else a valuable story some day. Throw
them into a box for the day that some one comes a knockin.
I just pulled out the old Armacord from a big box-o-parts that I stashed
away 5 years ago. What a story that stuff tells and the smells alone are
well worth hangin on to it. Its the "Smell of Old Times". Not to
mention that I have the exact patterns of how the Armacord and carpet go
into the car,
That makes it a pretty easy "do it yourself" project. "Priceless"
Sorry, what was your question again?
