Next Winter Projects

I have in mind two projects for next winter. I want to start collecting
parts now to spread the cost as far as possible.

1. Replace standard differential with Lempert 3.54 gears

2. Rebuild the fold-down rear seat back in my BJ8



To that end, does anyone on the List have all the hardware for the fold-down
rear seat back they would be willing to sell?
