Good afternoon all, We're in the middle of a rebuild on a well-worn BN1 engine, and are wondering how to tell whether the oil pump is any good. The service manual for my MG-TD gives specs. for side and end clearances for those pumps (tho' we wonder how many people have a feeler gauge that can measure .0056 - .0064!), but we've not been able to find anything in the Healey manual. Advice, please? Thanks, Sarah Carr BN1 in Pa. |
