I'm really sorry to hear that about Bill. Without him no one would be
selling "new" SU carbs. I can't imagine he made a huge amount of
money with his purchase, although I'm sure he made enough to feed his
family. I know he was the type of guy who mostly did it because he
knew there was a need, and he wanted to "do it right". I bought two
sets of healey carbs from him... both were very nicely built, and work
very well.
Hopefully his son will take over the business and keep running it.
His company is very valuable to our community, not only to Healey
owners, but MG, Triumph, Jaguar, etc etc...
