1. Check oil level.
2. Check solenoid and lever on right side to see if you have movement. If not
check, power supply to selenoid.
3. Check pressure of the pump with a gauge. 475 lbs. min. pressure.
4. Check that both check valve balls are seating.
You can increase pressure sometimes by putting about .090 inch shim behind
the large accumulator spring.
