I agree, a 100M heater will warm your fingers when held at the outlet, your
legs a little if the tonneau covers the passenger side, and as an b auxiliary
radiatorb adds nearly unnoticeable heat in a hot weather drive with the
tonneau cover open. Have listers considered a more efficient alternate
cylindrical heater?

This is a replacement for the 4" thick Smiths circular heater element fitted
to Austin Healey cars. The copper construction and improved water flow through
the new element produces a substantial heat output and it will not corrode
like the original steel unit. Part number 080.508 b$214.76 (ex VAT).
Straight pipes no demist facility. 12 volt operation. Heat output 2kw. You can
reassemble it with the pipes at the top or bottom. Two doors control heat into
the car. Nice period appearance. Finished in grey hammered enamel. Overall
diameter 210 mm. This is probably the easiest type of heater to fit if your
car never had a heater. Ideal for kit cars. Part number 080.500, B# 205.43 (ex
VAT).
Anyone know the heat output of the original 100 heater? 2kw? Less?
