Radiator, Horn & Lenses???

1) Does anyone know of a radiator shop in the Mid-Atlantic area that 
can re-work a Healey radiator with a bigger core or whatever it takes?
2) Are the indicator lights in the Speedometer and Tachometer supposed 
to have a colored lense? If so, where does it go and who carries the 
lenses?
2) I'm also still looking for a High Note Lucas horn.
