The brackets that fit on the inner boot bulkhead that hold the gas tank 
straps are painted body color, so I assume they were attached to the car 
before the boot liner went in.  Is the boot liner cut around these 
brackets or, as shown in the Moss video, are the brackets attached over 
the liner.

Am I being too anal?
