If you have a tall ceiling and a couple grand you can get a lift and park a 
car underneath.

I had a 22' x 24' and no room to build on the side for a third stall so did 
a 14' x 18' third stall on the back and love it.

Option 3, give the wife something she really wants, new carpet, remodeled 
kitchen, trip, etc, in return for her parking the car outside.

I assume you have a wife or you would have gotten a smaller house with a 
bigger garage :)
