I also have a copy of this video tape.  It starts with a brief scene of the 
narrator driving a Porsche.  At first, I thought I got the wrong tape.  The 
tape mostly concerns the restoration of a white BJ 8 in England that is said 
to be the "best Healey".  It ends with the narrator compairing the rewards 
of owning either the Porsche or Healey.  It sounds like the tape you want, 
but only a small part is the comparison.  It is an interesting tape none the 
less.
