overspray removal

I have some overspray on underside of bonnet louvers, some rubber grommets,
wire bundle going through the door post and roof hatch joints.

Lacquer thinner isn't doing the job on the hard to reach areas. Any other
suggestions? Acetone? I read that the clay bars can do it. I am fearful of
using stripper in these areas
