Had to pipe in as I am on a business trip y en la noche hay nada ... Driving in Lima Peru at about 1:00 AM had to top my experiences ... It reminded me of the movie Blade Runner .... nobody stops and the stop lights seem to be interpreted to mean lay on the horn and accelerate! ,,, LOL .....
