Mirror block

Members,
A simple question that I'm sure the list members will have an answer  for:
 
I have seen, but can't remember where, ads for a simple block to boost  the 
height of the rear-view mirror on a BJ8 (so you can see over the lowered  top). 
The one I remember is black and has Austin Healey scripted on it.
Anyone direct me as to where to buy some of these?
