Lockheed (Actually Delphi UK)instructions are very
particular about servo mounting. The tip of the
cylinder must be pointing up approx 45 deg and the
small vaccuum valve must be rotated downward. Anyone
know why? With those rules you can never simulate the
girling orientation.

Jack,
I bought mine from Healey Surgeons in the US. It came
with instructions to modify the Girling bracket for
use with the Lockheed unit. Kind of odd (unique) but
it worked. You turn them upside down and maybe drill a
hole as best I remember, but I has kept me on the
road. Maybe other Lockheed units have the same
instructions......
