insurance appraisal

i almost went into shock today.  the bj8 that was bought in florida and needed
major work and has a lot of non-standard upholstery, wiring, and other things
was appraised by a professional for $45,000.  i cannot believe it could ever
be worth that much.  i need to get mine appraised as i know it is in a lot
better shape and be prepared to pay more for insurance.   healeymanjim
