Except where the exception makes the rule. Or when some idiot shaves so much
off you have a bald spot which happened to me when I was 17 with brand new
Blue Streaks.  I took the "shaver" to small claims court and won. Make sure
the wheel is round before the shave.
It's unlikely there is anyone around that stupid today.
