1. Probably in 1956 at the crossing of Oak Creek by Cathedral Rock
near Sedona on a June evening. But really, the BN2 was much better
for getting somewhere in speedy style, getting out of the car, and
then kissing, etc. Now the back seat of my subsequent Karmann Ghia,
that's different.
2. About three days after I got the car in 1956. For doing 70 mph
between stoplights on Foothill Blvd. in Glendora. CHP also told me to
go out on the freeway east of Pomona if I wanted to drive my Healey
fast. Never got a ticket there at 100 mph indicated.
3. It would be 1958 and I'd go to one of the drive-ins between
Redondo Beach and the Malibu and undo one or two things.
