Exhaust Hanger Studs

I would like to ask two questions about the studs imbedded in the floor pan
to hold the exhaust system hangers. My BJ8 uses after market hangers because
several of these studs are broken.



Are the studs welded in or pressed in?

Can they be obtained commercially or should I substitute regular bolts?
