I agree with those who have said that the readings, while slightly below
spec, are not cause for concern, should be good for years of service. If
you want to check further you may want to use the old trick of putting some
oil in the cylinders, if this raises compression to or near spec it
indicates wear on rings/bores, if no appreciable gain bad seal with valves
is indicated.
Also on the oil pressure you may want to check/replace the oil bypass
tension spring. While not a cure all, a worn spring is cheap and easy to
replace, and sometimes has a positive effect on pressure.
