BT7 BN7 BJ7 Spark Plug Sockets

Does anyone have a source for the spark plug sockets for the BT7, BN7 and BJ7
??    These are the straight, flexible, molded rubber sockets, about 1" long,
with a lip on the spark plug end, and the cylinder numbers 1-6 molded into the
sides.

I am looking not only for the rubber boots (ferrule), but also the internal
clip (terminal, sparking plug) that clips to the spark plug.

Thanks for any help,  --I know a couple of other people who are looking for
these, also.
