Now that you have the frame and glass out, simply drill out the pop rivits and
gently rock the glass out. If you don't have new rubber, you might try using
"window weld" by 3 M. I just used it last week on my new windows. It's a
caulk. Just make sure you line up your holes correctly and pop rivit the
frames before it dries. Then hold the glass tightly to the frame with tape
until it dries.
