I found the same challngew with the arbor Frieght dollies but I have not 
found an answer yet.  I sprayed WD 40 on one pair as I assembled them but I 
don't 
know if that works or not.  Hopefully someone on the list has an anwer for us, 
the car should be movable without weight lifter strength.  I am going to 
retry lubing them with Kroil and I will let you know if that works 
better...might 
be a while though.
