Many of these are AH specialists and have more parts than Moss or Victoria
British.
Oh, heck, I'll answer the other questions anyway: It should have as much or
more grunt as your TR250 did (by the way I used to have a 4A, wish I still
did)
The motor is a little bit of a chore to pull, big engine, small hole, but
certainly doable, you will want good strong hoist, chainse etc.
Not sure on the vacuum units, maybe somebody rebuilds them, I have seen a
couple DIY articles on Lucas vacuum advance unit rebuilds, doesn't look too
easy to me. Others may have more here.
