That steering wheel never graced a fifties vehicle, nor did the small
blackface tachometer fitted into the original big hole, and the  vinyl trim
that looks like a blue blanket loosely wrapped around the dash all point to
the classic "Jeez we've got too much money sunk into this thing.  Quick, do
something with the dash and get rid of it on Ebay".   Rest of it looks OK,
though.
