Mike. I put your gears in my BT7 this spring and I am very happy with the
results. I would agree with your remarks about the way it drives and pulls
in the different gears. My problem is that I still haven't gotten the speedo
to register correctly. I am about 10% low in fourth in OD. In other words it
registers .9 miles in a full measured mile. I sent it to MO MA and this is
the way it came back. So.... my questions is what is the best way to take
measurements before sending the gauge off to have it recalibrated? I have
tried the measure 52.8 ft and count the cable revs. That's how it got the
way it is. MO MA also told me there instruments will not work with tach
revs, only cable turns. Thanks for any advice. Cheers, JL
