What's the list's take on identifying "composite" cars, i.e., cars that are comprised of donor parts: frames, engines, body panels? How 'bout if the frame is a replacement, i.e., Kilmartin? How 'bout if the frame is comprised of parts from a donor frame? Is there a percentage threshold where the car keeps a number based on what percentage is original? Can you build up "new" cars? And, if you can, how do you regsiter those? You have answers? I have questions. Thanks, John Rued |
