Coil and Spark Plug Terminals

I am looking for a source for the straight metal ends that crimp on the 
end of the spark plug wires for an AH BT7; this end push over the spark 
plug..   Also, I have a coil that reguires a plug in terminal (same as 
for the spark plugs) and a rubber cap that fits over the outside of the 
small front section of the coil.

Does anyone have or know of a source for these bits.
