Ray, I used 2" x 18 yds DynaGlide adhesive-backed teflon tape between my spring leaves. Got it from Annapolis Performance Sailing. www.apsltd.com. Pete Roses used teflon window glide track material which is about 1/32" thick which came from some building supply place he couldn't remember. After several months, the teflon tape is holding up fine and should do so indefinitely as it is intended for extreme pressure. Somebody may have cut up disposable kitchen cutting mats, too. -- Steve Gerow Pasadena CA 59 BN6 |
