Patrick,
I'm betting it's one o' them doo-hickeys. you know, the whatsis.... the
thing-a-ma-bob at the center of the vehicle lateral guidance control, right in
front of the vehicle status informational display.... lol.
...Just funnin' with ya Kenny.... If you mean the trafficator or "Mayonette"
(I don't even get THAT name), sorry, I haven't used or seen one (a repro, that
is), -that I was aware WAS one.

G'day
I have been involved with Healeys and Austin-Healeys for close on to
forty years and for the life of me cannot recall seeing one fitted with
something called a "Control Head".
What does it mean? Is it a left over from the '60s when someone was
trying to control their consumption of wacky baccy?
A search on Google takes you to the question of head lice. Not a nice
subject but with 4 kids over ethe years I am conversant with it. Are
their head lice in my Healey and Austin-Healey? I don't think so.
Perhaps it's got something to do with the dreaded 'S' word and is only
practiced by consenting adults behind closed doors. I know it's Friday
(at least it is in Australia) but I suspect that I shouldn't go there.
Please put me out of my misery and someone one tell me what a "Control
Head" is?

Has anyone purchased an aftermarket control head? How does it compare
to the original ?
